Hala Sarhan: Help Me!!! الحقني يا سيدنا الشيخ

Hala Serhan, (not related to Serhan Serhan) is one of Egypt’s most influential talk show hosts. She started her TV career in 1996 by making cheap imitations of American talk shows such as “Late Night Show” and “Jerry Springer.” She moved from one Arabic satellite station to another after fighting with their owners. She was in ART then moved to Dreams and is now in Rotana. She never hid her utter hate for the USA and its policies and always championed the Arabic cause and the Palestinian idiots who kill themselves and others. Interestingly enough, she invited belly dancers such as Fifi Abdou and Dina to her shows and asked them about their sex lives. She shook up the Egyptian society by raising issues related to sex, marriage, religion, and crime. Hala claimed to have received her PhD from the States, but I could not verify that. Overall, this woman has a strong personality and always dominated her guests by imposing her agendas on them. Hala Serhan had done what no one ever did in Egypt: She invited guests to talk about the teaching of Muhammad. In one of her shows, she asked a simple question: Did Muhammad order women to suckle men to avoid having sex with them? I am not kidding. The oral traditions say that Muhammad once advised a woman to suckle her adopted son after the death of her husband so that the adopted son could not have a sexual relationship with her. Hala was shocked and screamed at the cleric she brought from Azhar University: “Help me Sheikh what I can do? Do I suckle my cook, driver and hairdresser who are all men so that I do not have sexual relationships with them? The woman was so humiliated in national TV when the sheikh responded: “Yes you can!”
Here is a thought: How can Muslims claim to have family values and yet follow a man who is so kinky and perverted. Would they allow their mothers to suckle their friends as a way of avoiding sexual relationships with them? I am so puzzled by the blind defense that these people have for a religion that encourages such perversion and lewdness

An Open Letter to Muhammad: How Dare You?

I had a nightmare yesterday and I think I will seek therapy because of it. In my terrible dream, I saw a very old man who looked close to 60. He had grey hair and long grey beard. He looked a lot like Muhammad- same hard gaze through the same cruel eyes. I became very anxious during the dream when suddenly a little girl, who looked very innocent and very young, came close to him. He put her on his lap and started to fondle her. I wanted to scream but I could not- I was dreaming, you know, and I felt paralyzed. I watched that man devouring and penetrating her and could not do anything about it. I woke up with a bad taste in my mouth and decided to write this letter to that ugly vile man. Here it is:

How dare you destroy a child like that? Do you have any idea about the wounds you inflicted on her? Do you understand what it means to rape a child? How did your conscience allow you to do that? Didn’t her tears and screams stop you? Didn’t you have a drop of blood in you to stop your heinous act against that poor child? I am so sick of you and of anyone who follows you. How can these idiots die for a child molester like you? How can they feel so insulted for a pedophile like you? Are they crazy? Do not they have children? Will they let their children be raped by you as it happened to Aisha? Please answer me Muhammad. How come you have such an influence on almost 800 millions? You are worse than the devil Muhammad. Every time I remember what you did to Aisha, I feel more and more distant from Muslims. I am not sure how I can trust them with my children. Adding insult to the injury, I discovered that the Quran allows men to marry infants. My God, that is so vicious and vile!!!! Muhammad, please respond to my email and say that you fooled these masses. Tell them that you do not deserve to be loved like that for what you did. Shame on you and on your god!

Muhammad to Women: You are Inferior

I can not help it, but in my quest to expose Muhammad, I discovered how misogynist this man was. Here are some famous quotes that reflect his sexist views on women.

Tabari IX:113 “Allah permits you to shut them in separate rooms and to beat them, but not severely. If they abstain, they have the right to food and clothing. Treat women well for they are like domestic animals and they possess nothing themselves. Allah has made the enjoyment of their bodies lawful in his Qur’an.”

Tabari I:280 “Allah said, ‘It is My obligation to make Eve bleed once every month as she made this tree bleed. I must also make Eve stupid, although I created her intelligent.’ Because Allah afflicted Eve, all of the women of this world menstruate and are stupid.”

Qur’an 4:3 “If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with orphans, marry women of your choice who seem good to you, two or three or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to do justice (to so many), then only one, or (a slave) that you possess, that will be more suitable. And give the women their dower as a free gift; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, eat it with enjoyment, take it with right good cheer and absorb it (in your wealth).”

Qur’an 4:11 “Allah directs you in regard of your Children’s (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females…. These are settled portions ordained by Allah.”

Bukhari:V1B22N28 “The Prophet said: ‘I was shown the Hell Fire and the majority of its dwellers were women who are disbelievers or ungrateful.’ When asked what they were ungrateful for, the Prophet answered, ‘All the favors done for them by their husbands.’”

Muslim:B1N142 “‘O womenfolk, you should ask for forgiveness for I saw you in bulk amongst the dwellers of Hell.’ A wise lady said: Why is it, Allah’s Apostle, that women comprise the bulk of the inhabitants of Hell? The Prophet observed: ‘You curse too much and are ungrateful to your spouses. You lack common sense, fail in religion and rob the wisdom of the wise.’ Upon this the woman remarked: What is wrong with our common sense? The Prophet replied, ‘Your lack of common sense can be determined from the fact that the evidence of two women is equal to one man. That is a proof.’”

Qur’an 4:43 “Believers, approach not prayers with a mind befogged or intoxicated until you understand what you utter. Nor when you are polluted, until after you have bathed. If you are ill, or on a journey, or come from answering the call of nature, or you have touched a woman, and you find no water, then take for yourselves clean dirt, and rub your faces and hands. Lo! Allah is Benign, Forgiving.” [The Qur’an claims women are unclean and polluted—worse than dirt.]

Bukhari:V4B55N547 “The Prophet said, ‘But for the Israelis, meat would not decay, and if it were not for Eve, wives would never betray their husbands.’” Qur’an 33:59 “Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters and all Muslim women to draw cloaks and veils all over their bodies (screening themselves completely except for one or two eyes to see the way). That will be better.”

Qur’an 4:15 “If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; if they testify, confine them to houses until death [by starvation] claims them.”

Bukhari:V4B52N143/V5B59N523 “When we reached Khaybar, Muhammad said that Allah had enabled him to conquer them. It was then that the beauty of Safiyah was described to him. Her husband had been killed, so Allah’s Apostle selected her for himself. He took her along with him till we reached a place called Sad where her menses were over and he took her for his wife, consummating his marriage to her, and forcing her to wear the veil.’”

Bukhari:V5B59N524 “The Muslims said among themselves, ‘Will Safiyah be one of the Prophet’s wives or just a lady captive and one of his possessions?’”Ishaq:593 “From the captives of Hunayn, Allah’s Messenger gave [his son-in-law] Ali a slave girl called Baytab and he gave [future Caliph] Uthman a slave girl called Zaynab and [future Caliph] Umar another.”

Bukhari:V3B48N826 “The Prophet said, ‘Isn’t the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is because of the deficiency of a woman’s mind.’”

Ishaq:584 “Tell the men with you who have wives: never trust a woman.”

Ishaq:185 “In hell I saw women hanging by their breasts. They had fathered bastards.”

Qur’an 24:31 “Say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty except what (must) appear; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display them except to their husbands...”

Qur’an 24:34 “Force not your slave-girls to whoredom (prostitution) if they desire chastity, that you may seek enjoyment of this life. [And here’s the freedom-to-pimp card:] But if anyone forces them, then after such compulsion, Allah is oft-forgiving.”

Muhammad: Kill and Humiliate Christians!

Okay, I will put quotes made by Muhammad and his God, Allah about Christians. These quotes clearly reflect the vile and vicious mentality of Islam. If you are a true Muslim, you know that Osama really follows Muhammad’s teachings in his drive to kill Christians. These quotes clearly explain why I do not feel safe as a Christian in Egypt.

Qur’an 9:29 “Fight those who do not believe in Allah or the Last Day, who do not forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, or acknowledge the Religion of Truth (Islam), (even if they are) People of the Book (Christians and Jews), until they pay the Jizyah tribute tax in submission, feeling themselves subdued and brought low.” [Another translation says:] “pay the tax in acknowledgment of our superiority and their state of subjection.”


Qur’an 5:14 “From those, too, who call themselves Christians, We made a covenant, but they forgot and abandoned a good part of the message that was sent them: so we estranged them, stirred up enmity and hatred among them to the Day of Doom. Soon will Allah show them the handiwork they have done.”

Qur’an 5:35 “Believers, fear Allah and seek the way to approach Him, striving hard, fighting Jihad with all your might in His Cause that you may be successful. As for the disbelievers [previously defined as Christians], if they had everything on earth, two times over, to give as ransom for the penalty of the Day of Doom, it would never be accepted from them. Bukhari:V2B23N414 “The Prophet in his fatal illness said, “Allah cursed Jews and Christians because they took their Prophets’ graves as places for praying.’”

Bukhari:V5B59N727 “When Allah’s Apostle became seriously sick, he started covering his face with a woolen sheet. When he felt short of breath, he removed it, and said, ‘That is so! Allah’s curse be on Jews and Christians.’”

Qur’an 9:34 “Believers, there are many (Christian) monks and (Jewish) rabbis who in falsehood devour the wealth of mankind and hinder (men) from the way of Allah. And there are those who bury gold and silver and spend it not in Allah’s Cause. (Muhammad) announce unto them tidings of a painful torture. Why Am I Doing This?

I read comments made by egypeter, peace on earth, and forsoothsayer in response to my posts about Muhammad and Aisha. Egypeter asked me to be kind and gentle to moderate Muslims and indeed, forsoothsayer accused me of being hateful without making a clear case for her cruel accusation. Do I hate Muslims? Far from it! You can actually read my comments in Egyptian sandmonkey blog and see how I defended Muslims from racist White Christians in his blog. So, what I am doing? I am speaking out against a historical figure whose teaching inflicted so much pain on Coptic Christians, including myself, in Egypt. This man said “I was ordered by Allah to fight people until they say that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is his messenger.” His followers doggedly adopted his brutal message and killed millions through the ages. Muhammad instilled racism in his followers by saying: “You are the best nation God ever created.” This man ordered his men to invade my country in the 7th century and force the majority of people to convert to Islam or pay poll tax. I hear this man’s teaching every where in Egypt. I do not feel protected or safe because of what he taught. I do not believe that there is such thing as moderate Muslims. If you believe in Islam, you are automatically a racist and a killer. I know some Muslims may remind me with the rhetoric of the Old Testament and tell me how violent it is. Fine, I will give you that, but Christians in Egypt never politicized their religion as Muslims did since Jesus asked us to separate church from state. Can Muhammad match that? I am really sorry if I cause pain to any Muslim, but Islam is not just a religion; it is a political ideology and I do not like it. Muhammad was far worse than Hitler and Mussolini and anyone who follows him and believes his message is prone to be racist and violent- no exceptions.
Peace on earth, you said that I may be harming Copts in Egypt. Well, I live in Egypt and I am not scared any more. How bad can it get? Muslims just attacked 5 churches in Egypt during the last 2 months. They abducted many Christian minors and forced them to convert. They created obstacles for building new churches. They spit at priests and nuns in the streets everyday and desecrate historical monasteries. They are the scum of the earth. If you are a Muslim, you are hard wired to kill. I do not really believe that there is such thing as “Moderate Muslims.” It is the same as saying there were “moderate Nazis.”

An Email Response from Aisha

I think I opened a hornet’s nest in my blog. Here is an email I received from Aisha in response to Muhammad’s email about her.

Dear Maged,
I am sending you this email to discuss many facts about my relationship with Muhammad, my only husband and the prophet of Islam. I was 6-years-old when I met Muhammad, my father’s best friend. Uncle Muhammad used to bring me a lot of candies. At the time, the candy was made of goat milk and it was really delicious- nothing compared to the candies today. I was so happy with him and I told him that he was my second father. Three years later, my father asked me: “Do you love Uncle Muhammad.” I said “of course.” He said, “Okay you will move to his house and become his wife.” At the time, I was not sure about the meaning of that, but I figured my father was going to war and it would be safe for me to live with Uncle Muhammad. I told father that I had no problem doing what he wanted me to do, although I was not sure why they had to have a celebration for that. In my wedding night, many women put make up and “henna” for me. I looked really weird. I remember one of the women looking at my breast and laughing. She also said “poor prophet.” Any way, things happened very quickly and before I knew it I was in my Uncle Muhammad’s house. He was carrying me on his shoulders and I was fantasizing about the candies he was going to bring me. He then took me to a room and locked it up. He told me: “Aisha, I have a lollipop for you; it tastes better than any lollipop you ever tasted. He then closed the windows and things became very dark. He asked me to close my eyes and put something in my mouth. It tasted and smelled very bad (XXXXXXX ok this is getting graphic- I cannot publish what she wrote about the matter, but she sounded very sickened and hurt by her encounter with Mo.) I changed so much since that night; I could not be myself again. I think I was traumatized and I became a very aggressive and hateful person. I acted out few years later and cheated on him with a man called Safwan. Muhammad was very hurt by my infidelity but forgave me after Allah told him that I did not do it- Hell yeah I did that. Our relationship deteriorated after that and he started to marry other women as well. I noticed how Allah gave him license to do anything he desired including marrying any woman he liked. You know Muhammad was very possessive too. I was 18 when he died and before his death he stipulated that none of his wives should marry again. Can you imagine? An eighteen-years-old woman, who is full of sexuality can’t get remarried again after being violated when she was 9-years-old. I turned my sexual desires into aggression and I took a very active role in the Islamic affairs after Muhammad’s death. I hated his other wives and made sure that his children with them were not treated well. I conspired with some people to kill Ali (Muhammad’s son in law) and his 2 sons Hassan and Hussein. Their deaths ushered the division between Muslims into Shiaa (Ali’s followers) and Sunna. So as you can see Maged, Muhammad distorted our relationship in his email and misrepresented the facts. He traumatized me and transformed me into a very mean spirited woman. I know that the Shiaa hate me and call me a whore, but can you blame them? I hope that you publish this email and let the truth be known.

What can I say? Poor Aisha! By the way, the stories she mentioned were told in Islamic Oral traditions (Hadeeth al Bokhary and Malek). Muslims get half of the religion from these oral traditions. For example, they learned how to pray and fast from these oral traditions.

Muhammad is really mad at those who made cartoons about him. He is finally speaking out about it in another email. Here it is:

Thanks for publishing my previous email; I thought of sending another email clarifying my position regarding the publishing of cartoons that defamed me and made fun of my holiness. I am very appalled by the boldness of those who dared to draw me and made some comments about me in their cartoons. Do they know who they mess with? They have no idea about my wrath. Let me give you an example. One day, a 70-years-old woman made fun of me. My blood was boiling and I ordered my men to kill her. I tried to think of the most painful way with which she should be killed. I came up with the following idea: I told them to hold both of her legs and arms. I then asked them to tie the right leg and arm to a camel and the left arm and leg to another camel. I then asked them to force the camels to run in 2 different directions. The woman was cut into two pieces instantly. It was a very fulfilling sight for me. I have no regrets and I never apologized to her family. She had to know better; how dare she curse the best man ever lived? I am so proud of my sons who burnt embassies and boycotted companies, but it is not enough. I want more blood. Setting up a financial rewardto kill the infidels who made fun of me is not enough; they should recruit my sons and daughters and instruct them to bomb themselves as they do in Palestine. An Email From Muhammad

If you read my profile, you can see how fascinated I am with Rouby, my favorite Egyptian singer. Not only that she is a hot and beautiful Egyptian diva, Rouby is also a brave soul. She is not ashamed of her beautiful body and is not hiding it. She has the best curves a woman can ever have and she is pushing the envelope by dancing in a very original and provocative way. I have no problem with Rouby; I think she has every right to express her sexuality in the face of repressed Islamic idiots. However, I am deeply confused by the Islamic fundamentalists' vile and vicious campaign against her. I actually watched a Muslim scholar advocating that she should be stoned in public. He accused her of attacking Islamic values and misrepresenting Muslim women. He invited her to wear a head cover and quit her singing and acting career, or she will be subjected to Islamic punishment. I think this scholar is the worst hypocrite you can ever imagine. Let us think of Rouby and what she did and compare her to “Aisha” the wife of Muhamad, the prophet of Islam. The majority of Muslims calls Aisha the “Mother of Muslims” and considers her one of the best Muslims ever lived. I will show you here that Rouby is actually more moderate than Aisha when it comes to sexuality.

1. Rouby has beautiful breasts and she shakes them; Aisha offered her breasts to Muhammad’s followers (Read Al Bokhary for the evidence)
2. Rouby never had sex with Sherif Sabry when she had her period; Aisha had sex with Muhammad when she had her perioid. (Read Sonan el Tormosy for the evidence)
3. Rouby is so proud she would never let Sherif Sabry have another wife; Aisha let Muhamad had many wives with her.
4. Rouby did not have sex with a man when she was 9-years-old; Aisha did (Read Al Bokhary for the evidence)
5. Rouby never cursed anyone publicly; Aisha cursed Muhammad and told him that Allah let him screw any woman he wanted.(Read Sahis Muslum for the evidence)
6. Rouby is a brunette; Aisha was a blonde (I am sure you know what I mean- you can think of blonde jokes if you are lost!)

Amr Khaled is a Clown

Amr Khaled is Islam’s version of American televangelists. Unlike his predecessor, Shikh Shaarawy, the best clown Egypt ever had, Amr Khaled wears Armani suits. He seems to have influenced many Muslims in Egypt and has attracted many die-hard fans through the years. His message is simple: Islam is the solution to everyone’s problem. To be a good Muslim man, you have to work hard, pray, fast, and pay money to charity. In order to be a good Muslim woman, you have to obey your husband and you definitely have to wear “hegab” or head-cover. For Amr Khaled women are reduced to servants who will be punished by God if they showed their hair to other men. How misogynistic this man is! Muslim women in Egypt must be too submissive since they take this man seriously. What is wrong with a woman’s hair? Why did God create her hair? Some may say God created her hair so that she would like nice in front of her husband. If this sick logic is accurate, why do not men cover their hair too? How sadistic this idea is? Are Muslim women properties of their husbands that are only shown to and owned by them? I can not believe this crap. As long as half of our society is being oppressed by men and as long as they choose to stop using their brains, Egypt will always be a stupid place to be. Every time I watch Amr Khaled talking about women my blood boils and want to spit at the TV screen. Nevertheless, the guy entertains me with his effeminate voice. In one of his shows, he spoke about the marriage of Muhammad, the prophet of Muslims, to Aisha who was 9-years-old at the time of that marriage. Amr Khaled said that many women envied Aisha and said” How lucky you are to be with the Prophet and how blessed you are.” He also spoke in detail about how they put her make up! Can you believe that? A make up to a 9-year old girl who will be savaged by a dirty old man! This is sickening. She was 9 and he was 54. We are talking about a child molestation crime and the guy is celebrating this crime and boasting about it. It was more sickening to see people listening carefully with awe to this sick bastard as he told the story of Aisha’s rape! How can any woman who respects herself allows this sick pervert to influence her life the way he did in Egypt. I am so disgusted.

Shikh Shaarawy الشيخ الشعراوي

I hope that this post does not offend my brothers and sisters who follow the Islamic faith, but I really need to get this issue off my chest. This post is about Shikh Shaarawy, the most famous Islamic cleric in Egypt’s history. Shikh Sharawy was the equivalent of televangelists in the United States. Every Friday at 2: 00 PM, many Muslims watch that guy and were fascinated by his thorough explanations of the Qu’ran. To that end, he did not really bother me- I did not have any problems with him preaching whatever religion he liked. However, this guy was really rabid whenever he spoke about Christianity in his show. I was 12-years-old when I started to notice that man. I can forget the face of my father watching this guy trashing Christianity one day. He heard him saying that Jesus married the 5 wise women- of course this was a blasphemy to Christians and they felt very offended by his idiotic remarks. That was a time where I really started to feel as an oppressed minority in Egypt and started to be disgusted with my life there. Muslims can trash my religion but I can not dare to say anything about theirs. I can not tell them that I am disgusted with their prophet who married a 9-years-old and by those who justified it. It was so painful to hear that man insulting my religion and my people one Friday after another. He also had a freaky way about him. He did not sit still at his seat and he was dancing inside it like a monkey. Actually, he did look like a cute monkey- you can tell from the picture. Of course, we were vindicated years later when a scandal broke and this man was accused by boys of molesting them. The government did not want any riots by the Muslims and did not want to publish the news but many years later, Mr Ibrahim Saadaa, the editor of Akhbar el Youm, an Egyptian’s daily newspaper, bravely published this news. The former Minister of Interior, Zaky Badr, said in the parliament that he had video tapes showing that despicable cleric in many sexual positions with many boys. By the way, his brother was a very funny actor who always played the role of a “dirty old man.” His name was Mohamad Shawky.

Fascist Westerners and Fascist Muslims

My exchanges with the right wing fascist consevratives in Sandmonkey’s blog inspired me to write this post. I pondered about the similarities between this group and fascist Muslims, and I came up with the following:

1. Both think they are self-righteous who know what TRUTH is. They think that those who differ from them are misguided.
2. Both groups think that they have God on their sides. Accordingly, everyone else will burn in hell.
3. Both groups think they make good deed when they shove their beliefs up my throat.
4. Both do everything their God told them and they become resentful for doing that
5. Both have blood in their hands- one of them is more powerful now.
6. Both make my life miserable and depress me.
7. Both are rigid in their thinking process
8. Both are elitist
9. Both have some issues with sex going from the polarity of explosion to that of repression.
10. Both think that their women should yield to them
11. Both are overweight

Muslim Privilege

I read a wonderful post about the discrimination against Copts and non-veiled women in Egypt. It was jointly written by both Freedom For Egyptian and Super Luli, 2 of the most respected Egyptian bloggers. Their post inspired me to generate a list of what I call Muslim privileges. I define Muslim privilege, as a set of rights and gifts given only to Muslims by the virtue of being Muslims. They deserve it but they did not earn it; however, Copts also deserve this privilege but they do not have it. The list is as follow:

1. Muslims do not have to use their vacation time for their religious holidays.
2. Only Muslims hear their religion praised everyday in the Media and by the Egyptian President and government officials.
3. Only Muslims are reminded 5 times a day that they need to pray through loudspeakers. Copts do not.
4. Only Muslims can be admitted to a University supported by tax-payers (Al-Azhar).
5. Only Muslims can be supported by tax-payers to go to pilgrimage in their holy Muslim lands.
6. Only Muslims can be assured that their religious principles are part of the Egyptian constitution
7. Only Muslims can block streets to pray in them
8. Only Muslims can be presidents or prime-ministers of Egypt
9. Only Muslims can use government money to build their religious places
10. Only Muslims can play a tape of their Quran loudly in the subway without being bothered and harassed
11. Only Muslim women have special stores for their clothes
12. Only Muslims can be assured that their religion will not negatively affect their chances of being hired or being promoted
13. Only Muslims can watch TV shows dedicated to their religion
14. Only Muslims can hear the Egyptian president making an hour speech about the beauty of their religion
15. Only Muslims can wear their religious symbols without being harassed or spit at.
16. Only Muslims are allowed to use loudspeaker to make sure that their religious sermons are heard in every house.
17. Only Muslims can have parliament members who came from an Islamic party that considers people of other religions as second class citizens.
18. Only Muslims can have school curriculum containing religious verses from the Quran.
19. Only Muslims can expect the government to rally with them to boycott those who insult their religion.
20. Only Muslims can be governors (well one Copt became a governor for the first time last December!)
21. Only Muslims have the government reduce its working hours during their holy month of fasting.
21. Only Muslims can say their religious greetings in the beginning of their publich speeches
22. Only Muslim men can marry women who have different faiths.
23. Only Muslim men can marry 4 wives by law (not that I want to- one is enough for me)
24. Only Muslims can make sure that the government will provide them with everything needed for their month of fasting.



Please feel free to add any privilege I missed. I am sure there are many more, but I am so depressed after realizing that all of these privileges exist.

Why Am I So Angry?

Okay I am back- forget about Nancy's beautiful butt. I tried to remember acts of kindness towards me by Muslims throughout my life. I remember my Muslim friend when I was 8. We were close as brothers and we went to many school trips together. We were the embodiment of the so-called unity between Christians and Muslims in Egypt (destroyed by the prick Sadat). I had a crush on his sister you know but it was all innocent. We grew up together and we laughed at the same things and cried together when Egypt lost any soccer match. I finally knew what it meant to have a good cool friend at an early age. That was really an act of kindness by a Muslim towards me. Alas, this kid turned really ugly when we went to middle school (we call it preparatory school in Egypt). He started to grow his hardly existing beard and asked to talk with me about an important matter. He actually said I will burn in hell if I do not follow Islam. He said that “my people” were born Muslims but deviated from the path of Islam and changed everything in the Bible. He did not want to see me die and go to hell because I did not believe in his prophet. I was really shocked. What happened to him? I know he wanted my well being (at least in his sick mind) but how can he become such an ass with no regard for my freedom to choose whatever God I want? I did a little investigation and found out that he befriended a kid who just arrived from Saudi Arabia. This kid brought my Muslim friend a lot of gifts and played ATARI (the equivalent of X box those days) with him. He came with the Wahabi dictum that declares all non-Muslims as infidels and unworthy of living. Stupid Americans gave these Wahabis all their dollars and now they used their money to buy Egypt and sponsor terrorists. It was shocking to me. I not only lost him as a friend; I also lost the rest of my friends. I was the only Christian in the group you know. You can say that this incident changed my life. It challenged my concept of trust and caused me to be extremely sensitive and hyper-vigilant. I am sure my anger towards Whites and Muslims would not have been that intense if this incident did not take place. I was consumed by the toxic effects of prejudice and I dehumanized those who discriminated against me. If Muslims in Egypt realized how damaging their actions are to young Christians, they would have been consumed by their embarrassment and guilt.

My First Stab at Loving the Enemy

Okay, so I am supposed to come back with a post expressing love for my enemies. Hmm, how hard this mission was for me! I think I tried very hard to see if they have been gentle and kind to me. I will start with racist whites. I think they were kind enough they did not kill liberals in this country. If they did, I would not have been accepted by my university and could not have attained the educational level I currently have. Another good thing they did: they did not kill me until now and let me live and breathe. Wow, that is very kind. They let me express my opinion but then either made fun of it or discounted it. What else? I know! They finally realized that Bush is an ass hole who killed 2500 Americans along with 100,000 Iraqis for no fucken reason. They can be remorseful too you know. Now, let me see if racist Muslims had any act of kindness towards me. I know they did not kill me either. They pushed me away from my country but I am still alive. That is very kind of them. I know something else they do in a kind way. They help me laugh at the end of the day! How? They have these new “fatwas” every day. The last one I heard concerned allowing women to breast-feed men who are strangers to them so that they legally become their mothers and won’t be screwed by them!!!!! Another one that got me was their fatwa for Muslims urging them not to say “happy Holidays” to Christians because they are infidels. There was a fatwa that caused me to laugh for days. They actually said that people should always be careful with the demons that exist in their asses when they take a dump. Okay so my toilet ball is hellish now! I know I am being sarcastic and facetious ! Sorry Jesus, I know you love me and will forgive me. I will be nice and kind next time.
